and Share Certificates for distribution.
Completion of First Board
Minutes - This is the document which
states the Officers of your new Company,
Registered Office, Auditors (if applicable),
Accounting Reference Date, Bankers and the
Allotment of Shares.
Change in Memorandum of
Association - All our companies can be

allowing you to trade in any business you may
desire. However, you may wish your company to
have a specific main object clause stated in
the Memorandum of Association, which many banks
and lending institutions prefer to see prior to
advancing any money.
